11th Annual Parish Service Day - Saturday, September 12th

Join us this year for our 11th Annual Parish Service Day on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Invite your friends, neighbors and co-workers to join us for a morning of giving back to the community in service. We have chosen multiple sites and will be able to assemble teams that will provide opportunity for all ages to provide service to our community.  Family Friendly sites are marked as (FF).  Senior Friendly sites are marked as (SF).  We also have a No Preference site option - if you choose this option, you will be placed at a site based on where help is still needed, at the discretion of our Parish Service Day Coordinators.

 We will be joined by Advent Lutheran Church in this one-day event of service in which we can make a difference in the lives of those around us. The goals of Service Day are:

• Gather to celebrate our ability to again work together side by side in service to our Community. 

• Meet others in the Community who share our values of giving back to others.

Our day of service will begin at 8:00am in Emmaus Hall of Church of the Resurrection for team gathering and prayer. We will serve our community from 9:00AM until the completion of the project, which should be no later than 1:00PM.
