Music Ministry

Our Music Ministry is a vibrant and essential part of parish life, enhancing our worship through song and welcoming all who wish to share their musical gifts. Whether you're an experienced singer or just love to sing, there’s a place for you in our ministry.

Chorale

Our adult Chorale sings at weekend Masses and special liturgical celebrations. Rehearsals are held Tuesdays from 6:30–8:00 PM, September through May. No audition is required—just a love for music and a willingness to learn and grow together in faith and harmony.

Children’s and Youth Choir

Our Children’s and Youth Choir is open to all young parishioners who enjoy singing. Rehearsals are held occasionally after the 11:00 AM Mass, typically for about one hour, in preparation for special performances throughout the year. All are welcome—no experience needed!

Cantors

We are also seeking Cantors to help lead the congregation in song during Masses. Training and support are provided at the beginning of each choir season. If you feel called to this role, we’d love to help you get started.

Music In a Sacred Space

Church of the Resurrection’s Music in a Sacred Space concert series celebrates the power of sacred music to inspire, uplift, and draw us closer to the divine. Hosted in the beautiful acoustics of our worship space, the series features a variety of sacred and classical music performed by talented local and regional artists.

Open to all, these free concerts offer a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of music in a prayerful and contemplative setting. Join us throughout the year as we rejoice in the gift of music that nourishes the soul. Listed below are the scheduled concerts for the coming year.

Get Involved

All are welcome to join any part of our Music Ministry. Whether you’re interested in the Chorale, Children’s Choir, Funeral Choir, or serving as a Cantor, we invite you to share your voice and be part of this joyful ministry.
